The product enquiry tools on this website prepare a draft locally in your browser. They do not submit your form entries to a website database.
Preparing a draft
You can enter a practice name, products, references and quantities. The website includes those details in a WhatsApp or email link. You decide whether to open that link and whether to send the message in the chosen application.
Product links may include catalogue names, references, selected dimensions and quantities in their URL so you can reopen or share a configuration. Practice names and free-text enquiry entries are not added to these selection links. Avoid entering patient information, medical histories or other sensitive personal information in an enquiry.
Component-finder photographs
The replacement component finder can preview photographs of products or packaging locally in the open browser tab. The website does not upload the images, store them on a server or analyse them to identify components. Refreshing the guide or starting a new request clears the previews.
The enquiry includes the number of selected photos, not the image files or filenames. Attach the photographs yourself in your chosen email or messaging application. Do not select patient photographs, radiographs or clinical records.
External services
When you open WhatsApp or an email application, the relevant provider’s privacy terms apply. Information you send to HealthIN is then part of your communication with HealthIN, rather than a submission stored by this website.
Website storage
This build does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts or browser storage to save enquiry entries. Fonts and product images are served with the site rather than loaded from a third-party font service.
The quote basket is saved in your browser only after you add a product to it. It holds catalogue references, product names and quantities, never practice names, patient details or messages. It is not sent anywhere until you open an email or WhatsApp draft and choose to send it. Use Clear basket on the quote basket page, or clear this website’s data in your browser, to remove it.
The website starts in Light appearance. If you choose Light, Dark or System using the appearance toggle, that display preference is saved in your browser for future visits. System follows your device setting only when you choose it. The saved preference does not include enquiry details or identify you, and is not sent to HealthIN. Clear this website’s data in your browser to remove it and return to the Light default.
The case workflow and replacement finder keep their unfinished requests in the current page's memory. Their navigation links record the tool mode and guide step only, not the case details or photographs. Refreshing the page clears those drafts.
Technical connection information may be processed by the website’s hosting provider to deliver pages and maintain the service.
